Thanks to you
How you can...
… still raise funds for protecting wildlife when you have no spare time or money
Enclosed with this magazine is a film processing envelope from Kodak. The Wildlife Trusts have developed a special relationship with Kodak which means that every time you use one of the Wildlife Trust envelopes to send off a film for processing 50p will be donated to the Cornwall Wildlife Trust. Kodak can guarantee that we in Cornwall will receive this money as the envelopes are either bar-coded
or come with an identifying slip. This is a great fundraising opportunity for us and we hope you will take advantage of this wonderful offer. Further envelopes are available.

Do you know that there is a Wildlife Trusts / RSNC Visacard with the Bank of Scotland? The Trust would benefit by £10 from any card taken out and also receive a percentage of the money spent using the card.

Consider using the Environmental Transport Association for your car breakdown cover. Unlike the
AA, RAC and others, ETA is not a member of the road lobby; instead it campaigns for an integrated and more sustainable transport system. Join through us and ETA will donate £12 to the Trust.

Finally, remember that the Trust celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2002. Consider suggesting us to your local organisations, such as churches, sports clubs and village fête committees, as the charity for their support next year.

Rüdiger Wohlers and Heike Neunaber (see page 11) led a group of 12 German cyclists (and two infants) all the way from Oldenburg in Lower Saxony, through Holland, Belgium, the south of England and finally through Cornwall to Land's End, to raise money for hedgerows in Lower Saxony and Cornwall. We are very grateful to them for an absolutely heroic effort and for the £8,000 they have already raised for the campaign.
