Standard and en-suite bedrooms are available. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities, colour television and clock radios. There are two shower rooms, a bathroom and two separate toilets. In the dining room, we have separate tables where we offer you a choice of breakfasts. There is a television lounge and payphone for your convenience.

Approaching Penzance on the A30, follow the road towards the town then, at the one-way circle by the Station, follow the road around the harbour. At the far side of the harbour, go along the promenade road for approximately 400 yards. Turn right into Morrab Road to find Lynwood Guest House 200 yards up the road on the left-hand side.
