Accommodation Details
Sam’s Place has electric radiators throughout and a real-flame-effect gas fire in the lounge. It has bedrooms for up to 4 people with a possible extra 2 in the lounge on the sleeping platform or futon.
Parking is available on the street in the evenings and all day in the winter. There is a public car park 50 metres away on Park Avenue and also outside the Leisure Centre – weekly parking permits are available.
This sympathetically modernised apartment consists of a large Lounge with raised sleeping platform suitable for 2 people to sleep, and with gorgeous views overlooking St Ives and the harbour – just like the photo shows! The lounge has 2 sofas, an armchair in the bay window and a TV and games console. A Double Bedroom with standard double bed. A Twin Bedroom with a bespoke handmade bed that can be joined together properly to make one king-size bed with no uncomfortable central rung! A Dining Kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and washer-dryer. A Shower Room with shower enclosure, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside is a rear Balcony for the sole use of guests at Sam’s Place. Shared use of a 2-tiered Garden (shared with our tenant in the top flat). The top level of the garden gets the late evening sunshine and is ideal for BBQs in the evening. It has a washing line for clothes drying. There is an outside cold shower for rinsing off wet suits – please make use of this as the sand is terrible for clogging up the bathroom drains.
Sorry, we do not accept pets and smoking is not allowed.

Located in a peaceful residential part of St Ives which affords beauty and tranquility, please understand that Sam’s Place is not suitable for night-time revellers. We ask that loud music is not played after 10 pm.
At the same location we also offer Polly's Flat on the top floor, sleeping 2 - 4 (1 double bedroom, sofa bed in the lounge).
