• Godolphin House

  Godolphin Cross
  One of Cornwall’s most important houses, complete with its Elizabethan stables and late medieval side garden. Godophin is a beautiful and romantic historic house and garden, where time has stood still, imparting an air of antiquity and peace. The garden is largely unchanged since the 16th century. Archaeologically rich estate walks.

• Poldark Mine

  Wendron
  Poldark Mine is the only complete tin mine in Cornwall open for underground guided tours and is part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site. It has a special place in the story of tin mining and some consider it to be the veritable cradle of tinning as part of the site dates back to the Bronze Age. It is the location for the underground scenes in the TV series of Poldark.

  This lovely course, with its glorious views over the wide expanse of Mounts Bay, has recently been fully refurbished and extended with the planned addition of an exclusive new health and leisure complex offering a range of superb facilities. Open to both members and visitors the course is a deceptively challenging Par 62 for the men and Par 64 for the ladies, with each of the 9 tees enjoying those sea views.
