If a Leisure Home or Touring Pitch is not re-let you are liable for the balance outstanding, less an allowance for gas and electricity not used.

As you never know when you might have to cancel your holiday because of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, and in view of this legal liability, you might consider it would be wise to insure against such an eventuality. Almost any insurance office would be pleased to provide cover for a modest premium.

We regret we cannot guarantee a specific pitch number but we will do our very best to ensure advance bookings do get the pitch they require or the area they prefer.
