- Initial consultation and site visit to prepare
brief.
- A measurement survey of existing buildings.
- A sketch scheme and feasibility study for
discussion.
- Consultation with local planning officers
and other consultants if required
- Preparation of plans for submission to the
local authority to obtain planning and building regulation
approval.
- Preparation of a specification and working
drawings to go out to tender to obtain competitive quotes.
- Regular visits to site to supervise, checking
on progress and authorising valuations, etc.
- Final inspection on completion and issuing
an Architects Certificate and after 6 months a follow up to
check effects.

Personalised sketches of your house or business
Recently I have also undertaken commissions producing perspectives
of clients house, one such commission was of Mawnan Church resulting
in a limited edition to raise money for the church funds.
Fees are negotiable, sketch schemes are usually on a time charge
and then further work can be agreed on a fixed price or a percentage
of the contract sum. The fees do not carry V.A.T. charges.
