Our resident chef, Ian Brodey, has been with us for many years, which is why he is able to commission the very best fresh, garden produce, fruit and vegetables grown nearby; locally bred beef from closed Cornish herds; and freshly landed fish, crab and lobster in season. Residents choose from a traditional but imaginative A La Carte Menu and their tables are reserved in advance in our extremely popular, award-winning restaurant.

Ian bakes his own bread, makes his own marmalade and prepares special dishes each day for those who wish to explore cuisine that is interesting and refreshingly different.

We also offer a mouth-watering selection of bar meals and snacks, again all freshly prepared each day, for guests and non-residents who wish to dine informally throughout the inn, and tables may be booked in advance
