Calderbrooke is a nicely furnished three bedroom detached cottage situated down a quiet country lane approx. 1/2 a mile from the village and 3/4 of a mile from the beaches. Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth possesses good stretches of flat golden sand at low tide with excellent coastal footpaths. On this part of the north coast the sea is excellent for surfing, swimming, with deep caves and rock pools. Within a two mile drive Perranporth and Porthtowan can be reached offering traditional seaside attractions along with the cathedral city of Truro only nine miles away. The cottage is well situated for a good touring base for this part of the Westcountry.

There is a separate reception room with an open fireplace. The large west-facing kitchen gives onto the garden and has been recently refurbished; it is fitted with an electric hob, a double oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, dining table and chairs and a wood-burning stove. There is a utility room with a freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, they have been furnished nicely with ample cupboard space. Bedroom one has a kingsize bed, bedroom two has three single beds and bedroom three has 3ft bunk beds. In the bathroom there is a bath, wash hand basin, shower cubicle and WC. Outside the cottage there is a large, enclosed, west-facing garden with a view of St. Agnes Beacon and a patio area with table and chairs.
