A Three-Bedroomed Cottage set amongst a cluster of homes in the rural hamlet of Treburrick, 0.75 miles from Porthcothan Bay, 5 miles from Padstow, 10 miles from Newquay, 5 miles from the Airport, and central for the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and Truro, as well as many sandy beaches, the coastal footpath and the Camel Trail.
The living accommodation comprises of a Well-Equipped Kitchen (accessed directly from the garden and parking area), a downstairs WC/Shower Room and also a Dining/Sitting Room with settees, armchair, dining table and four dining chairs.
There are two staircases leading to the bedrooms:
Staircase 1 accesses Bedroom 1 with King-Size bed - from the window you can look across my garden, the fields and just see the sea. Adjacent is a Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, wash handbasin and WC.
Staircase 2 leads to Bedroom 2, also with King-Size bed, and Bedroom 3, a smallish single bedroom. The single has views as previously described.
Parking is within the boundary gate and there is plenty of garden space, however, because there is a sunken pond which is quite deep within my garden, I consider the accommodation not to be 'young child-friendly' and so restrict the bookings to a minimum age of 10yrs.
** Bookings run from Sunday to Sunday.
** Pets - One dog is welcome - for whom I make an additional charge of £10.00 per week.
Adjoining my garden I have a two acre meadow - which is perfect for a quick morning/evening constitutional for you and him/her.
There are a couple of conditions which apply to a dog at Greylands, these are included in the cottage information sheet which I shall send to you together with the booking form which needs to be completed by all guests before the booking can be made definite.
