Advent near Camelford, North Cornwall Self Catering Holiday Cottages
Just outside Camelford, on the fringe of the wild moors is a long, country lane, once used by smugglers travelling from Trebarwith Strand to Jamaica Inn. Follow that peaceful lane through the trees and past the fields and just as the whole world seems to have been left behind, you will find Aldermoor Farm, nestling in a hollow, offering you privacy, amity and a truly relaxing break.
Aldermoor Farm has garnered more than 300 years worth of secrets since it was built by moorland dwellers from local stones. Soaked in the colourful history of this area, it offers a perfect holiday experience: a combination of unrivalled tranquillity and unending diversion.

Aldermoor is a small grassland farm on the edge of Bodmin Moor and we have lived and farmed here for the past 30 years. The earliest known record of Aldermoor was found on a map dated 1742 in Lanhydrock, although it probably existed many years before that date.
The cottages were originally moorland homes, converted many years ago into holiday accommodation. Over the years we have done our bit to enhance the comfort and cosiness of the accommodation they now provide.
We feel we can offer our guests something truly special - a relaxing holiday with comfortable, homely accommodation surrounded by the best that nature has to offer in a beautiful part of the country.
Prices from £220 - £610
