The apartment is located in 97 acres of beautiful parkland a short drive from the Eden Project, the beach and Cornwall’s numerous attractions.
This one bedroom apartment can accommodate 4, with a double bed in the bedroom and a fold-down bed in the lounge.

Facilities available on site and included in the price are a heated indoor pool, well equipped gym, jacuzzi, solarium and sauna. Externally there are 2 full size tennis courts, two half size courts, badminton, croquet lawn and putting green, children’s play area. Golf is available on site but at an additional cost. A restaurant and bar are available on site should you wish to eat out or entertain.

Directions : The Clowance Estate is reached via the M5, A30 to Camborne West exit(the 2nd Camborne exit). From there turn left at the 1st roundabout into Camborne, follow this road for about 1.5 miles to the first mini island where you turn right, follow the road to the next mini island by the police station, turn right again sign posted Praze an Beeble 2.5 miles. Follow the road through the village of Praze an Beeble and Clowance is half a mile along on the right hand side.
