Carnson House Facilities

Carnson is on two floors only, having seven comfortably equipped bedrooms, including single rooms, double-bedded rooms and twin-bedded rooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor and, for the remainder, there is only one short flight of stairs. All rooms have colour TV, tea & coffee facilities, heating and hand washing facilities, while some also have en suite bathrooms including shower and WC. Please note that we do not provide facilities for smokers as most of our guests prefer a smoke-free environment.

The Lounge and Dining Room

There is a pleasant and comfortable Lounge available to guests at any time where books, magazines and TV are available, while the adjacent Dining Room is attractively and colourfully set out. There is a small colourful garden to the front of the house where guests may 'take the air'.

A Breakfast menu is offered to guests which provides a choice of either a full Cornish/English breakfast or a variety of lighter items. Teas and Coffee are available served in the Lounge on request and Packed Lunches can be provided.

Access

To gain access to Carnson House you enter a gate and follow the path around a flower bed. There is a gap of 55cm between the garden benches and flower bed. There are two small steps to the front door. A twin en-suite, dining room and guest lounge are situated on the ground floor. There are 13 steps up to the first floor where a twin room and two private bathrooms are situated. Two steps take you to a family en-suite and a double en-suite. Further down the corridor is situated a toilet, single room and a further family en-suite.
