| PENHAVEN TOURING PARK is set in a valley of outstanding natural beauty between St Austell and Pentewan, only one mile from a beautiful sandy beach. This quiet, clean, family park is made up of three level, grassy paddocks, alongside the White River, and Kings Woods. |
| Having welcomed their Camping and
Caravanning friends old and new at Penhaven for over 17 years, Ian and Angela
Hackwell have now decided to take early retirement so that they can enjoy
a spot of travelling in their own recreational vehicle !
Keith and Betty Matthews are now taking over and look forward to welcoming you to this lovely site in the Pentewan Valley Ian and Angela wish Keith and Betty well in running Penhaven and feel sure that they will enjoy your visits to Penhaven just as much as they have over the years! As always, Penhaven is a personally run site and combining a homely and peaceful atmosphere with modern camping and caravanning facilities. There is, quite deliberately, no licensed bar on site in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the area, and to encourage our visitors to sample the Cornish hospitality of the local inns and restaurants. |
|
The village of Pentewan itself offers a pub, restaurant, tea shop, post office, and beautiful beach, in a delightful and historic setting: all within easy reach via a riverbank and woodland walk from the site (or by cycle, for the more energetic!) |
