Julie and Keith Walker offer a warm welcome when you visit their comfortable Edwardian house, in the rugged coastal village of Tintagel. A relaxing place to stay while exploring North Cornwall and beyond.
Bosayne is an 8-bedroom family run Bed & Breakfast establishment just 200 metres from the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean. A lovely Edwardian house, with fantastic views - sea and coastline to the front, rolling countryside to the back.

All rooms are comfortably furnished and have colour TVs, hospitality tray stocked with Fairtrade beverages, clock radio, mini-cooler and hairdryer. There is also a cosy lounge with satellite TV, DVD & video players, lots of reading material, board games and jigsaws for guest use. Wireless Broadband connection is available in all rooms. Travel cot and high chair available for young children.

Bosayne Cottage is situated to the rear of Bosayne Guest House. It has one en-suite bedroom with a double and single bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. An open plan layout downstairs has kitchen, lounge and diner areas. The cottage comes fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, also a colour television and DVD/video players. The village laundrette is within 350 metres.
Local Area
Bosayne is only a couple of minutes walk from Tintagel village centre and its amenities of shops, pubs, churches, eateries and launderette. The village also boasts The Old Post Office a National Trust property and the historic ruins of Tintagel Castle (King Arthur's legendary birthplace) owned by English Heritage.
In close proximity are Bossiney Cove and Trebarwith Strand, both are ideal bathing and surfing beaches, and great for rock-pooling too.
The SW Coastal Path is only 50 metres away, with a network of linking footpaths to the gorgeous rural area and rugged cliffs. Pony trekking, surfing, rambling are some of the activities available around Tintagel.
Bosayne is an ideal touring base for the surrounding area - The Eden Project is only 22 miles away.
There is a small car park and ample free on-street parking at the front of Bosayne, and lockable storage for cyclists.
