With a well-utilised and compact open plan space, these apartments offer a bolthole from which to explore the finest gems of Cornwall. Complete with modern utilities such as
Wi-Fi, and with recently upgraded kitchens and bathrooms,
Seaspray offers something sublime.
Both apartments’ layout is identical. The front door leads onto the hallway with the ground floor bedroom and bathroom on the left, before arriving in the open-plan apartment proper.
Kitchen and dining area is immediately to your left whilst the living space is defined by the sofas. Stairs along the far wall take you to the mezzanine bedroom whilst an all-glass front to the apartments grants access to the balcony and the view.
Please note that whilst Apartment 5 is accessible on level ground, there is a short flight of steps to 13’s entrance. Both apartments have a 4 inch threshold into the property and onto the balcony.
The ground floor is floorboard, whilst stairs and mezzanine is carpet.

Porthtowan has a Blue Flag beach and is one of the UK's top surfing beaches consisting of wide soft white sands and dunes. Its name comes from the Cornish words 'porth' and 'tewynn' to mean Cove of Sand Dunes.
This lovely village is a popular summer tourist destination. It lies on Cornwall's north Atlantic coast about 2km west of St Agnes, 6km west of Perranporth, 4 km north of Redruth, 10km west of Truro and 15km south-west of Newquay. Newquay airport is nearby and private jets, charters and helicopters are served by Perranporth airfield. Porthtowan has a mini-market, beach cafe, Blue Bar, Moonmaids Ice cream parlour, hair salon and surf hire all within easy walking distance of your apartment.
This is a beautiful part of North Cornwall, with picturesque cliff walks on your doorstep and breathtaking views from your balcony.
