Welcome to Apartment One, our sunny ground-floor apartment with a lovely sea view,

Our apartment is cleaned by a professional housekeeping company whose staff have been trained to carry out rigorous cleaning and disinfecting protocols in order to minimise cross infection. We offer a full refund for all reservations cancelled during periods of CoVid-19 travel restrictions.
Apartment One, 10 Porthminster Terrace, is on the ground floor of a tastefully converted Victorian house. It's easy to access, being on the east side of St Ives, and hence you don't have to negotiate the narrow streets through the town to get to your accommodation. The apartment is south facing and therefore light and airy with lovely coastal views from the side bay window.
Immediately outside the apartment there's an easily accessed, dedicated parking space (with fold-down lockable parking post) between the front garden and the sunny, sunken courtyard (which gets the south and westerly sun) and which is for guests' sole use - ideal for evening dining. The front garden with its fine south-facing sea view is for guests' exclusive use too.

Located in the quiet Porthminster area, Apartment One is easily reached by road and from both the bus and train stations (5 minutes' walk away). The apartment is a short stroll to the harbour front and surrounding beaches - beautiful Porthminster beach is a less than 5 minute walk. Also a short stroll away is the great selection of shops, restaurants and galleries of St Ives. This is a perfect base for exploring St Ives and the surrounding area on foot or by car.
Accommodation - Sleeps 2 out of Peak Season
The apartment comprises:
- A sunny, spacious, open-plan sitting/dining room with a large bay window offering stunning views over the coastline. Comfortable seating, plus dining table for 4. Free wi-fi, flat screen TV, DVD player.
- A superbly fitted open plan kitchen with integral appliances, plus tea towels, oven gloves, basics like washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets.
- A tastefully furnished double bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, wardrobe, bedside tables with drawers + en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, washbasin and soap, heated towel rail and bath mat. A west-facing courtyard leads from the bedroom.
- Beds are made up with fresh, clean linen; towel sets comprising one hand towel and one bath sheet per person are provided.
- The second bedroom and shower room which are closed off during the winter months.
- Dedicated parking space right ouside the apartment, suitable for most family vehicles, with fold-down, lockable parking post.
- A west-facing sunken courtyard for sole use of the apartment guests, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon or evening sun - lovely for evening dining!
- South-facing front garden with lovely coastal view for sole use of apartment guests.

Booking information
Bookings outside the peak season for short breaks are flexible. Prices includes gas, electricity, bed linen, towels (1 x hand towel and 1 x bath sheet per person) and free wi-fi. To book your holiday please check the calendar for availability and prices. We ask for a damage deposit of £200 which is normally refunded within a week of departure, assuming no damage.
Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from groups of single persons under the age of 30 years, or all male or female parties in excess of two. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and regrettably pets are not allowed.
