There is ample parking for 7/8 cars. The views are magnificent and it is approximately 50 metres from a fantastic surfing beach and the North Cornwall coastal paths. |

Large commercial kitchen and separate sink room with washing machine, fridge, and dishwasher 6 burner gas cooker and oven Food processor Cafetiere Ironing facilities. Large dining room - Can seat up to 10 people comfortably. Bedroom 1 - 1 Super King size
bed & ensuite shower and toilet . Bathroom with antique cast iron bath and shower facility. Bed linen and towels are provided. Towels are not for beach use. |
