With over 200 miles of stunning coast path, twelve Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and a plethora of inland trails criss-crossing the county, there are walks for everyone, all year round.
Don’t fancy a long walk? That’s fine because our half day minibus tours explore the fascinating history, folklore and beauty of West Cornwall. You just sit back, relax and enjoy what the region has to offer.
We provide you with an itinerary and information pack, suggestions and a guide to points of interest. We arrange your accommodation in our hand picked B&Bs, guesthouses and hotels and suggest great local restaurants. You just turn up, walk to your heart’s content and arrive at your accommodation, where your baggage is waiting.
We also offer pick ups and drop offs not only on the first and last days of your walking holiday, but whenever your accommodation lies a little too far from the trail.
We also offer a baggage transfer only service where you organize the holiday yourself and we make sure that your baggage is transferred safely to your next night's accommodation.
Every day of the week we run guided tours in West Cornwall. They are four hours long, feature the most interesting and beautiful spots of the region and are a great way to learn a little bit more about this fascinating land.
We run a 9 seat minibus that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 passengers. The West Cornwall tours depend on what you would like to see, what the weather is doing and how far you would like to walk. We typically squeeze in ancient monuments, mining works, a cup of coffee and coastal scenery before running out of time.
Our tours tend to focus on the magical stone monuments that punctuate Penwith’s (West Cornwall’s) moors and coastline. Quoits, stone circles and burial chambers are found in greater abundance here than perhaps anywhere else in the British Isles and we take you on a tour through time. We have quoits (also called dolmans) from the Stone Age, standing stones from the Bronze Age, Celtic ruins and tin mines abandoned in the last century. Do these mysterious stones mark the graves of ancient warriors or do they tell tales of giants that once ruled the land? Archaeology and folklore play equal parts in Cornwall’s past and we’ll give you a bit of both.
