Nevamined is a well proportioned bungalow comprising: entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/dining room, utility room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.

Two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and chest of drawers. Single bedroom with library.
Bathroom with electric shower, bath, wc and hand basin.
Kitchen is well stocked, with quarry tiled floor, kitchen table, chairs and a patio window that slides open to let in as much sun as the day offers.
The utility has a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A rotary line can be used as a more eco friendly way of drying towels and clothes etc.
Nevamined is naturally quite warm as it is has insulated walls and double glazing.
The floors are the orignal pine and are easily marked so I ask that you will please be respectful and remove shoes and treat the floors kindly.
One of the cupboards hosts some board games and cards for you to enjoy if required.
Smoking must be outside only: Or in the green house, if the weather is unfavourable.

The Gardens
Pretty gravelled front garden laid out beautifully with shrubs, boarders, and palm trees, leading in turn to a side area with further boarders and mature plants.
Rear secluded and totally enclosed garden which is largely lawn and south facing. It has a small pond(home to 2 goldfish) and does not offer swimming availability to small children or dogs!
Parking
A driveway and parking outside the house is available.
The A30 bypass is located approximately one mile away from Upton Towans, offering easy access to neighbouring towns.
At this A30 roundabout junction we now boast a new out of town shopping area comprising of Marks and Spencers, Next and Boots. with the best outdoor car boot on a Sunday morning from 8am - 1pm all year round weather permitting.
The historical town of HAYLE many years ago was split into 2 rival parts; Copperhouse and Foundry.
Explore the Foundry end and you will find a train station offering a direct line to Paddington, Plymouth and Exeter.
Closeby you will find the cosy hamlet of Gwithian and the Red River Inn (TR27 5BW).where you will be greeted with a warm welcome from Sally and Aaron and no doubt meet the locals, along with the campers, as you will note a 'boutique' style campsite on the doorstep. There is a pretty church in this parish and a delightful thatched chocolate box cottage that boast lovely 'cream tees'!

The National Trust location of Godrevy with it's lighthouse, where you will also find all the surfers and Godrevy cafe.Follow the path up towards Godrevy Lighthouse take a right turn in the main car park and follow the crowds up to see one of the largest colonies of seals to be found in England. It is scenic full of fauna and flora and most magical!
The location of this property provides the Perfect base to explore!!!!
An addition charge of £10 is made per dog. Dog owners are asked to bring their doggie beds and further asked to ensure their pets do not go on the chairs or beds. At the end of your stay please make sure there is no evidence of dogs left- ie. no hair left in the house or smells and definately nothing undesirable left in the garden!
It's fabulous for dogs and they love the freedom and to chase the myriads of rabbits but please note not all beaches in season are doggie friendly. I will leave a leaflet outlining the doggie friendly sections of sandy beaches available to you on Hayles 3 miles of golden beaches. The dunes are amazing to walk and run dogs.
The back garden is totally secure for a dog or child but keep them away from the POND PLEASE.
Notes
Cost per week to include electricity unless used to excess. Advanced reservation payment will be due at the time of booking, the balance to be paid in advance of your arrival. (Cheques made payable to Ms J. GRAY).
Bookings are from 3 pm on the first Saturday until 10am on the Saturday of departure.
Obligations of the hirer
No more than the specified number of guests without prior arrangements with the owner.
Please be aware that the property is on a water meter so please use water wisely or an excess charge will apply.
Please ensure the property is left in a clean and tidy condition and that all utensils, pots, pans and oven are left as clean as they are found.
To grant access to the owner if exceptional circumstances become necessary.
Be eco friendly and energy conscience, keep lights to a minimum and switch off when not required.
Breakages and damage MUST be paid for!
