Just 5 minutes from the A30 and with excellent public transport links to Truro and its main line station, Buena Vista is the perfect base for any type of holiday. With low season weekly rates from £350 this holiday home is excellent value accomodation for up to six adults.
The nearest surfing beach is Porthtowan on the north cornish coast a 10 minute drive from the house, while the Roseland peninsula with its sheltered coves is easily reached by car.

Lounge:-
- Featuring a log burner and flat screen TV, the lounge area has comfortable seating for 6 people.
- A DVD player and sound system is available on request at no extra charge.
- The two seater sofabed opens up to sleep one adult and may be utilised for occasional use.
(This sofabed does not form part of the accomodation). - Nothing beats a real log fire on autumn evenings and this easy to use logburner comes with a complimentry stock of kindling and logs.
(More logs are available locally or can be supplied by arrangement).

kitchen / Diner:-
- Equipped to a very high standard the kitchen has a double electric oven complemented by an integrated combination microwave oven and safety gas hob.
- Pull out larders, ample storage and a dishwasher makes using this kitchen a pleasure.
- A large fridge/freezer is backed up by another refrigerator in the utility room which also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
- The usual facilities are stored in this area, including an iron, ironing boards and cleaning equipment.
- The controls for the gas central heating and solar hot water system are also located here.
- The dining area has an extendable table that will seat up to eight people and leads out to the decked area of the garden via bifold doors.
- Dimmable downlighting throughout the kitchen/diner/lounge area makes this a great entertaining space summer or winter.
- As with the rest of the property the hardwood flooring makes cleaning up easy.

Bedroom 1 & 2:-
- Bedroom one is situated on the south facing front of the bungalow, and with its bright ensuite shower room offers a high standard of accomodation.
- This room has a comfortable double bed with down duvet and offers ample clothes storage space with a hanging rail and large chest of drawers.
- A flatscreen TV and bedside radio wil be supplied on request free of charge.
- The bathroom has a multijet power shower, vanity sink unit and W.C. Bathrobes and towels are supplied.
- Twin bedroom two has a pair of single beds and a hanging rail and also storage for spare linen.

Bedroom 3:-
- This double bedroom with ensuite wetroom completes the sleeping accomodation.
- The comfortable double bed has bedside cabinets and a down duvet.
- The wetroom has drench and hand showers, vanity unit hand wash basin and W.C.
- Hand and bath towels and bathrobes are included.
- A flatscreen TV and bedside radio will be supplied on request at no extra charge.
- The separate family bathroom has overbath shower, hand washbasin and W.C.

Outside:-
- The compact rear garden has a L shaped decked area and a small lawn.
- A summerhouse with daybed offers storage for the garden furniture and beach equipment.
- The log store houses a stock of kindling and logs for the wood burner.
- The barbeque lives here next to a paved area for its use.
- The table on the decked area accessed via the bifold doors from the kitchen/diner is ideal for outdoor entertaining.

Local Area
Threemilestone makes an ideal non-rural base for any kind of holiday. The rugged north coast with its famous surfing beaches is minutes away, while all Cornwall can be explored by bike or car or by using the frequent buses that pass through the village.
Threemilestone itself has all the amenities you would expect including a post office, a small supermarket, bakery and coffee shop.
One of the best fish and chip shops in Cornwall is situated in the centre of the village and there is also a chemist, medical centre and hairdresser here.
The local pub serves excellent, reasonably priced, food and is open all year. The Victoria Inn is 200 yards away while there are more pubs in Chacewater village, a two-minute drive away.
