Situated in the charming hamlet of Trehaddle, Sycamores is a newly built Cornish style property, that boasts stunning views across tranquil countryside.  It is ideally located in central Cornwall, in between the Cathedral city of Truro and maritime town of Falmouth and is only a short drive to either the dramatic north coast, ideal for surfing and stunning scenery, or the beautiful cruising waters of the south coast where boat trips to picturesque coves, such as Frenchman's Creek are plentiful.

Set in its' own grounds, with secluded gardens, ample parking and a large raised terraced area, that has panoramic views, Sycamores is the perfect rural retreat for your holiday.  There is plenty of outdoor furniture located in various suntraps around the property, so whether it is lunch outside for the whole family or a romantic evening watching the sunset, you will find seating in the perfect place to accommodate.

Sycamores has been finished to a high standard and tastefully furnished.  Upstairs there are three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king sized bed and the two other rooms have twin beds.  There are three bathrooms. Two are ensuite and the third is lavishly tiled in marble with blue "relaxation" lighting.

Downstairs is a spacious kitchen/diner, a snug and a sitting room, with 37 inch TV, stylish leather settees and French doors to the secluded garden.  There is also a downstairs WC.

Nearby, at Bissoe, are bike hire facilities, which is on the Coast-to-Coast Cycle Trail, that runs along the scenic traffic free route from Portreath on the north coast to Devoran on the south coast.  However if watersports are your thing then Stithians Lake, with angling and sailing etc. is less than 5 miles away and some of the best surfing conditions in the county can be found at Porthtowan, Chapel Porth or St Agnes, all approximately 15 minutes away.

There is a local pub within walking distance of Sycamores that serves home cooked food.

Bedding and towels provided, but please bring your own beach towels. 

A travel cot is available on request.

Please note that this is a no smoking property and sorry but we do not accept pets. 

Changeover day is Saturday.  Arrivals after 3pm and departure by 10am please.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking.
