Raintree let around 40 family houses at the beaches by Padstow, North Cornwall.
Most of our houses are within yards of the 6 beaches we serve, and many have fantastic seaviews.
Many of our houses are dog-friendly, and 5 out of 6 of our beaches welcome dogs all year round.
We are surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Cornwall - Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, Jamie Oliver's Fifteen, as well as Rosel & Co, No 6 and Margot's.
And can boast some of the best walking you will find anywhere in the UK.
Surfing is big - with rental and lessons available for adults and children alike.
Our houses sleep from 4 to 14, and many are very close together allowing groups to take more than 1 property.
Summer weeks are hard to come by - you have to move fast, but always worth a look at our availability.
For young families, not affected by school holidays, June and September can be the best of times, with more choice of property. Or for groups without children, our houses represent great value all year round, whether for a special celebration or family reunion, for a week, or for a long weekend.
