The cottage has 3 bedrooms and a comfortable lounge/dining room. Television and video
are provided as well as a telephone. There are two small gardens - one to the front
and one to the rear. The is ample parking on site. Linen and towels are provided and
included in the tariff.
There is a bus route nearby and the railway station is within one mile. The Heliport for
flights to the Isles of Scilly is also nearby and shopping facilities are within walking
distance.
When booking, a deposit of one-third of the total rental will be required and the balance
will be payable 56 days before arrival. A security deposit may be required - please
enquire when booking. |
