| In order to maintain a tranquil environment,
we do not allow children under the age of 16 to use the facilities
within Fistral Spa. Children staying at The Bay Hotel will
be able to use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the
neighbouring Esplanade Hotel. |

| Treatment Rooms - Nine individual
treatment rooms with personal touches cater for a full spectrum
of superlative spa therapies, individually designed with your
every comfort in mind. The rooms are filled with Espa products
and treatments developed for Fistral Spa. |
| Relaxation Room - Our purposefully
designed relaxation room will lead you into deep relaxation.
Come in before and after treatments to unwind. Herbal teas,
water and fruit available. |
| Swimming Pool - Indoor headed deck-level
swimming pool (11m) |
| Fitness Suite - Fitness suite containing
Life Fitness equipment with state-of-the-art AV equipment
to entertain whilst training. |

| Changing Facilities - Well appointed
with individual lockers and 2 power showers. Further changing
facilities in relaxation area include vanity unit and hair
dryers. |
| Bay Bar - Open from 12 noon serving
a range of juices, smoothies, beer, wine, coffee, selection
of teas and light bites. |
| Classes - Wide variety of exercise,
fitness and CV classes to suit everyone individually designed
by in house fitness team incorporating local area. |

balance. The ESPA range has been carefully selected and formulated
to combine the therapeutic benefits of spa treatments, aromatherapy,
thalassotherapy and professional skin care. |

rich in essential oils, plant extracts and marine elements.
Deeply relaxing and de-stressing oils, revitalising seaweeds
and natural ingredients help to achieve outstanding results
on face, body and mind. |
