Barn is situated in 8 acres of rolling countryside bordering
National Trust property and farmland yet only a few minutes
drive from Newquay and the beaches.
The Barn is tastefully designed and sympathetically
renovated providing lovely spacious accommodation retaining
charm and character to make your holiday complete.

Accommodation
The Barn is detached and has three bedrooms.
It can sleep up to six people. The lounge is 22 feet long with
wooden beams and a feature stone wall and fireplace.The open
plan design and comfortable settes offer plenty of space to
relax and take in the wonderful views. TV, DVD together with
a CD player are provided for your use. Doors enable you to step
into the large garden.
There is a fully fitted large kitchen with
electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge. The door opens
onto the garden and patio area. It is a bright sunny spot catching
the sun all day long.
The dining room is separate and can seat
six. It overlooks the beautiful surrounding countryside
The Bathroom /wc is downstairs and consists
of bath/shower above wash basin and wc. There is also a double
bedroom downstairs.
A wooden open plan staircase leads up to
a double bedroom and a large bedroom with 2 single beds. All
have wardrobes and drawers.
Heating and bed linen are provided free of
charge. A travel cot is available upon request. Washing machine
is available (laundry room in seperate building) again both
free of charge

Surroundings
Outside there are two parking spaces, picnic
areas and a portable BBQ. The large lawned gardens shrubs and
colourful flower beds together with exotic palm trees which
grow in the mild cornish climate compliment the rural scenery.
There are beautiful views and woodland all around. You are in
the heart of the countryside, yet just a few minutes drive from
the famous sandy beaches and coastal resorts.
A delighful place to spend your holiday and
appreciate the gorgeous cornish countryside The stunning scenery,
rambling moorland, picturesque villages or the cornish coastline
which boasts over 300 beaches and secret coves, all are there
for you to enjoy and discover. Whats more you can reach any
of them very easily from this location.
Location
The Barn lies in a pretty sheltered valley
between Summercourt and Newquay. Being 2 miles from the A30,
St Enoder and Summercourt where there is a village shop and
post office, pub and park.
The Barn is ideal to reach any part of Cornwall
both on the south and north coast . The surrounding lanes are
perfect for walking or cycling Sailing, golf, horse riding and
course fishing are all available locally.
There are several good places to eat nearby
. A wide choice of restaurants and bistros cater for every taste
and every pocket offering a variety of local and foreign dishes.
The city of Truro is 12 miles, The Eden Project a twenty minute
drive and Padstow and Rick Steins restaurant is fifteen minues
and Jamie Oliver's restaurant at Watergate Bay is also fifteen
minutes.
There are many attractions, golf courses
and theme parks, whilst not forgetting Newquays fine surfing
beaches which will make your holiday great. The Barn is a beautiful
place to stay and whatever you want from your holiday Cornwall
has it all.
The Stables
A detached stone building having one double
bedroom and a seperate bathroom/WC. It can accommodate 2 adults
very comfortably. A large lounge/dining area with fireplace,
beams and doors opening onto the garden.There are 2 settees
(one of which is a bed settee) and a table and chairs seating
up to 4 in the lounge area.
Can sleep 2 adults and 2 young children (double
bed settee in lounge area)
The Kitchen area has wooden units with a
sink, cooker fridge and microwave. It is situated next to the
Barn but both have a secluded part of the garden.
TV/DVD/CD are there for your use and heating
and bed linen are provided free of charge. Washing Machine available
(laundry room in seperate building) again free of charge.
