minutes drive from Polzeath, Rock and Daymer Bay, famous for their
safe sandy beaches, surfing and sailing.
The
house has a private garden and use of communal grounds and a tennis
court, making it a safe environment for young children to play in
and explore.
There
is ample parking for cars and boats.

The
cottage sleeps a maximum of 8 people, with lounge and dining seating
for 8 also.
The
property comprises: Entrance Hall; Open plan kitchen; Dining
and living room; Bedroom 1 - double bed; Bedroom 2 - twin beds;
Bedroom 3 - full size bunk beds and additional pull-out beds if
required; Bathroom.
Outside
you will find a shared tennis court, a private garden and a communal
garden plus ample parking for cars and boats.

Facilities
The
cottage is provided with a colour TV, video, DVD, microwave, fridge,
washer/dryer, dishwasher, barbeque, cot, high chair and night storage
heaters. There are plenty of convector heaters around the house
and an electric fire in the living room to make your stay warm and
cosy in the colder months. There is double glazing throughout.
Although
you will find that duvets are provided for all beds (including the
pull-out bed), you will need to bring your own bedding and towels.
Dogs
are welcome by arrangement

Treglyn
Cottages are situated close to the west coast in the ever popular
area of North Cornwall around Padstow, Rock and Port Isaac.
Famous
for its wild beaches, surfing and the occasional film star or royal
visitor, the area is ideal for those who like walking, surfing or
simply lying on a beach.

Padstow
has, by the efforts of TV chef Rick Stein, become one of the gourmet
destinations, whilst the Eden Project caters for those with an interest
in the environment.

Location
Treglyn
Cottages are situated on the B3314, north of Wadebridge and South
of St Minver. Rock is approximately 3 miles to the west, Port Isaac
about 6 miles to the north.
