This self catering holiday cottage has four bedrooms, providing spacious accommodation for a large family. It is also an ideal holiday home for your dog, with its completely enclosed private garden. Smaller groups are welcome and reductions for smaller numbers are available.

Situated in the Centre of St. Just, West Cornwall
Penwith House is situated within the market square of St. Just-in-Penwith. This fabulous building plays an important role in adding to this small town's picture postcard appeal. Its position offers guests the ease of shops, art galleries, restaurants and pubs right on the doorstep. All this and still within a stone's throw of beautiful and leisurely walks.

Space! The owners have made this a priority, ensuring that each guest has ample personal space, especially in the bedrooms. Sleeps 8 in 1x king size master bedroom, 1x double bedroom and 2x twin bedrooms ( 1 x twin can be converted into a Super King Bed) Newly fitted traditional-style modern kitchen with oil-fuelled Aga, as well as ceramic hob, fan oven and microwave. 2 large family bathrooms, one on each floor. A dining room with open fire and a separate lounge. Cot, high chair and stair gates provided as standard.

Unlimited wireless broadband. All inclusive prices. All bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels) plus electricity and heating. Gated enclosed parking for one small/medium sized car to the side of the property. Large, secure, walled garden and dining area. Gas barbecue supplied at an additional charge. Up to two dogs welcome at no extra charge (prior approval must be sought).

St Just-in-Penwith
St Just-in-Penwith is the most westerly town in England and in my opinion, and many others, one of the luckiest. It is set within an area of outstanding natural beauty having Cape Cornwall, the only cape in England, right on its doorstep. A former mining town, it manages to keep its heart and soul beating even during the winter months, making this an ideal retreat all year round.

Shops and facilities
The town offers a varied range of shops including butchers, bakers, newsagent, pharmacy, grocer, Co-op and hairdresser. As well as the Kegen Teg cafe which is adjacent to Penwith House, there is another cafe and several fine pubs offering wide ranges of meals, a Chinese take-away and a fish & chip take-away with restaurant. St Just is lucky to have a substantial doctor’s surgery.

Surrounding countryside
If there is one thing St. Just and the surrounding countryside is not short of, it is miles of footpaths and bridle ways. Take a stroll in any direction from the town centre and you are assured to find a valley, moorland or coastal scene to captivate you. Leave the car parked up for a few days, you don’t want to miss out on the magic!

What more perfect way to spend your holiday than walking your dog on the beach. St Just has many dog-friendly beaches near at hand, including nearby Cape Cornwall.
