Located in the middle of a small terrace of similar cottages, Trewerry is a charming traditionally built granite, former miner’s cottage, sleeping four people in two bedrooms. It is ideally situated, combining outstanding west-facing views over farmland and across fields to the coast and distant Isles of Scilly, and only a five minute walk into the centre of the charming town of St Just. It is also a perfect place for walkers, birdwatchers, painters and art lovers, and for all who appreciate the coastline and beaches of West Penwith. The spectacular rocky coves and cliffs of Cape Cornwall and Cot Valley are less than a mile away.

The cottage has been totally and sympathetically updated and offers charming and comfortable holiday accommodation. It has two double bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and the other with two 3' twin beds; a comfortable sitting room with multi-fuel stove; a modern small kitchen, separate utility area with washing machine and dryer; bathroom, and gardens at both front and rear. There is a small library of books and games in the sitting room. With white painted walls and Cornish paintings, coir carpeting and Welsh blankets - Trewerry Cottage offers the perfect holiday retreat. Prices from £130 for a short break to £580 per week during peak season.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The peaceful front garden leads onto the narrow pedestrian walkway of Pleasant Terrace. At the end of the secluded back garden there is a large secure shed for storing surfboards and bikes.
Electricity is included and duvet, pillows and bed linen are provided (we ask you to bring your own towels). We have a TV and DVD player, CD and Broadband; fridge with small freezer; tumble dryer and auto-washing machine.
Rates are from Sunday to Sunday. Short breaks and discounts off season are available by arrangement. The cottage may be occupied from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
A deposit of £100 secures booking with the final balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your stay. £50 cleaning and damage deposit is required.

LOCATION
Trewerry Cottage is five minutes' walk from the Market Square of this most Cornish of small towns St Just, which since the end of tin-mining has become a lively centre for artists and has excellent pubs, cafes, shops and galleries.
St Just is at the very heart of the ancient and mysterious landscape of West Penwith, with its prehistoric structures and standing stones, and the industrial archaeology of several thousand years of tin production. It provides nearly everything you may need for your holiday, with butchers, bakers, supermarkets, greengrocers and excellent eating places. St Ives and the Tate Gallery are 13 miles away, with Geevor Mine, Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole all within a few minutes' drive. The Eden Project at St. Austell is within about an hour's drive.
