Location
Barefoot House is situated in a quiet country lane on the outskirts of St.Just-in-Penwith, just 7 miles from Land's End. The property looks out over beautiful, unspoilt countryside, with far reaching views out into the Atlantic Ocean. On a clear day, you can see the white sands of the beaches on the Isles of Scilly, 30 miles away. At night, beneath a canopy of stars, you can count the flashes of four lighthouses and a lightship! Barefoot House is a 15 minute walk, down to the coast; and less than 10 minutes’ drive to Sennen, one of the most beautiful beaches in the British Isles – the perfect base for your Cornish coastal holiday. The house is also a level, 5 minute walk into the centre of St.Just, which is well-appointed with a Co-op, Post Office, 2 butchers, 2 bakeries, a chemist, a fish and chip shop and several family pubs.

Accommodation
Barefoot House comprises:
- Sunny, South facing conservatory
- Large, double aspect, well equipped kitchen diner
- Downstairs WC and utility
- Large, double aspect lounge with rural and sea views to the front, garden views to the rear; and a multi-fuel stove
- Three bedrooms: a double, a twin and a single bedroom, furnished with bunk beds. Barefoot House will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
- Family bathroom

Outside
Barefoot House enjoys spacious, lawned, sub-tropical gardens, to the front and rear; whilst there is a vegetable patch and a well-stocked log store to the side of the house. Please feel free to help yourselves to vegetables and logs, should you need them, for the duration of your stay. You can also purchase freshly laid eggs and a wide range of seasonal vegetables, from the farm, just 2 minutes' stroll, down the lane.
Additional Information
- Please contact us to pay your deposit of 200 GBP, to ensure that you reserve your desired week(s)
- Balance of payment to be made no less than 6 weeks before your arrival date
- Along with your balance of payment, we require an additional cheque for 250 GBP, as a damage deposit. All being well, this cheque will not be cashed and will be destroyed, on your departure from Barefoot House
- We operate a Friday change-over. Check in at 4pm - check out by 10am
- We provide freshly laundered bed linen, bath, hand and tea towels
- We provide a complimentary basket of logs. Additional logs available for 5 GBP
- Babies and young children are very welcome. We can provide a travel cot and high chair, at your request. Please be advised that Barefoot House is not fitted with stair gates
- Well behaved dogs are also very welcome
- Barefoot House is a non-smoking residence
- No fires are permitted in the garden of Barefoot House. A BBQ is provided for your use.
- Free parking is available in the quiet lane, to the front of Barefoot House. There is ample parking for several cars.
