The apartment sleeps four in two bedrooms and is situated on the second floor, offering almost unbroken views of St Ives Bay, the pier and harbour. Despite its central position, the apartment has an allocated parking space just around the corner.

The apartment is accessed via a communal entrance from the cobbled street, up two flights of stairs to the private hallway leading to the three rooms which are decorated and furnished attractively and to a high standard.

The lounge/dining room/kitchen is set in a large, airy, open plan room offers panoramic views across St Ives Bay with its large bay window. There are wicker chairs and a sofa, LCD TV with DVD player and folding dining table with chairs.

The modern kitchen area provides plenty of space, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The apartment offers two bedrooms - one double and one twin. Both have comfortable beds, wall mounted LCD TVs, windows affording great views of the harbour, Quay Street, or the bay. The bedrooms provide ample storage space. Both bedrooms offer a contemporary en suite shower room with WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
