Located in the heart of St Ives, Kellys Gardens is just a few minutes walk from a choice of five sandy beaches and the harbour with its numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. With contemporary decor and furnishings Kellys Gardens still retains many of its original features and this character cottage offers superb holiday accommodation for up to 4 guests. Outside space and parking - both a very rare commodity for St Ives properties - help to create the ideal property for guests looking for a relaxing getaway in this vibrant coastal town.

Recently completely refurbished the cottage is decorated in soft seaside tones. Exposed granite walls, timber boards and luxurious soft furnishings give the cottage a welcoming, fresh yet cosy feel. We have added a log burner to the granite fireplace for 2012. Original wooden floors and bespoke fitted furniture create a spacious open plan living area and carefully thought out storage maximises the space. Equipped with quality fixtures and fittings and all the essentials of modern living including freeview tv and wi fi access. Kellys Gardens is suitable for both families or couples.

A stable door from the pretty courtyard allows the natural light and fresh sea air to fill the living area. It has original floorboards and an open fireplace, two wingback chairs and a comfortable sofa allow room for everyone to spread out and relax. There is a wall mounted lcd tv with freeview and dvd. On summer evenings, after a day of sea and surf, enjoy a glass of something chilled out in the courtyard, once the nights start to draw in, head indoors, close up the wooden shutters, light the fire and turn on the table lamps creating a lovely cosy room to snuggle up in.
The bespoke kitchen is fully equipped ( many of our guests say that they never got to actually cook in it as the choice and quality of places to eat in St Ives was much too good to miss ! ) with integrated appliances: dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also an electric oven, separate hob with extractor and a microwave.
The cleverly designed dining table has ample seating and separates the kitchen from the living area.
Upstairs are two bright and airy bedrooms, a king and a twin, plus a modern stone tiled bathroom with corner shower and heated towel rail, again with plenty of natural light from an overhead skylight.
There is fitted storage throughout the cottage and a lobby area with hanging space for beach bags and sunhats - or coats and wellies depending on what time of year you visit.
Kellys Gardens is located on a small no through road and has level access on foot to all the beaches in St Ives, no big hills to climb after a long day on the sand or following an evening out!
