Set in a stunning location overlooking Porthminster Beach in the heart of St Ives, the Georgian house known as 22 st ives consists of two stylish apartments - both with wonderful views - and a gorgeous cottage tucked away at the back.

St Ives is famous for its beautiful beaches, cobbled streets, quirky shops, wonderful art galleries and award winning restaurants. At 22 st ives you are within walking distance of all the town has to offer. Parking, linen, wifi and utilities are all included in the tariff.

The views from Terrazzo are incredible. Mostly because they hold such interest. Not only can you gaze out to sea and watch the fishing boats but you can also look out over the people, deckchairs and colourful windbreaks on the beach below. Occasionally dolphins can be seen. And then there’s the little train that winds its way round the cliffs as it comes into St Ives. All this can be watched from rocking chairs in both the sitting room and the main bedroom. We also provide binoculars.

The flat is simply decorated and is very spacious and light. On the first floor there is a large kitchen/dining room with gloss-white units and an iroko worktop; and dining table and chairs for 5 people. The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and loo. The sitting room has two sofas and a rocking chair and more wonderful views.

On the second floor the main bedroom has the best views of all. People always, always say ‘wow’ when they enter the bedroom for the first time. Someone in our visitors’ book said it was like waking up on a boat when the tide is in. There is a king size bed in this room and a mixture of antique and modern furniture, and a rocking chair.

Tucked away at the back of 22 st ives The Cottage is a hidden oasis and just a short walk from the many beaches, restaurants, art galleries and lovely shops St Ives has to offer. It is a peaceful retreat in the middle of a busy town and is very warm and cosy in winter. There are no sea views from within the cottage but there are views to the sea from the courtyard and garden.

The cottage is simply decorated, with whitewashed granite walls. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room and upstairs a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and the window looks into the private garden which is up a few granite steps from the courtyard. The bathroom has a bath, sink, loo and a handheld shower.

Situated on The Terrace in a beautiful grade 2 listed house Rocks is just a short walk from the many beaches, restaurants, art galleries and lovely shops St Ives has to offer.

The apartment is simply decorated, with lovely tiled floors. Many of our guests have said it has a very Mediterranean feel about it. From the sitting room, which has a leather sofa and armchair, a dining table and chairs and a range of kitchen units along one wall, you can look out over the beach and St Ives bay and watch the little train wind its way around the cliff.

The bedroom has a double bed and a sink and a shower. (Please note Rocks does not have a separate bathroom – the sink and shower are in the bedroom - though it does of course have a separate loo!).
