Middle Deck is a traditional first floor flat in a converted fisherman's cottage. The house is a grade II listed building in the St Ives conservation area. The flat retains much of its original charm with exposed beams and wooden floors, and benefits from full gas central heating.
Set in the popular Downalong area just yards from the harbour and a short walk from the Harbour, Porthgwidden and Porthmeor beaches. Shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
The flat sleeps 4 and comprises a kitchen/diner, lounge, large double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, and shower room.
Electricity, gas and heating are all included in the tariff. Families with young children love the flat due to its close proximity to the harbour and beaches.

The Entrance is via stone steps up to a porch, leading to a stable door.
The Kitchen / Diner contains a dining table with four chairs, gas oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, CD player, radio, and a good range of floor and wall cupboards.
The Inner Hallway leads to all rooms, It includes a cupboard containing children's beach toys.
The Lounge has two easy chairs, a three-seater settee which can convert to a double bed, digital TV, DVD player, feature corner fireplace, and two windows one with sea glimpses.
The Kitchen / Diner contains a dining table with four chairs, gas oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, CD player, radio, and a good range of floor and wall cupboards.
The Inner Hallway leads to all rooms, It includes a cupboard containing children's beach toys.

The Bathroom is fully tiled with bath, WC, and basin, mirror.
A Separate Shower Room comprises a small changing area and a shower cubicle with lectric shower and extractor fan.
