Four Ocean Breezes is a four star rated spacious apartment, elegantly converted from the Porthmeor Hotel in 2006 The double fronted first floor apartment is beautifully fitted through out and has excellent sea views from the master bedroom , lounge and kitchen. Away from the noise of summer crowds, the flat is a stones throw from beaches and shops. Situated just behind the Tate Gallery, there is a direct path to the famous surfing beach that takes just three minutes to descend from Ocean Breezes.

Turn right from the flat for a choice of routes to the many art galleries, restaurants and shops in the historic fishing port, a few minutes stroll. There are two other,calmer, beaches within easy walking distance. Porthminster and Porthgwidgen boast beach side cafes and restaurants with superb views and menus.

Kitchen and Lounge Diner
The fully fitted Kitchen has a Dishwasher, Washing machine, Double fan oven and Microwave and Fridge/Freezer. The open plan design allows sweeping views out to sea from the Kitchen area. The Dining area links the Kitchen to the Lounge which has two leather two seater sofas a DVD, CD and Video Players. The lounge has views to Porthmeor beach.

Main Bedroom and En Suite Bathroom
The Master Bedroom has a 5 ft double Bed and an En Suite Shower room with Toilet, TV chest of drawers and a wadrobe. From the window you can see the splendid views of Porthmeor beach.

2nd Bedroom
The second bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and a TV.

Bathroom
The family bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a toilet, hand basin and a heated towel rail.

Animals - Sorry but we do not allow animals into the apartment.
Smoking - We operate a smoke free policy as well.

4 Ocean Breezes is directly opposite Barnoon Car park and the charges are applicable 24 hours per day and 7 days a week. The tariffs are currently £33 a week 

We are situated very near to the town centre and just behind the Tate Gallery. There is a direct path from Ocean Breezes to the famous surfing beach that takes just 3 minutes to descend. Barnnon car park is adjacent to Ocean Breezes.
