Treloyhan Lodge is situated just a few minutes walk from Porthminster Beach.  It enjoys sea views across St Ives Bay, sleeps 8, and has a heated swimming pool. Immaculately decorated , bed linen and towels are provided and there is parking space for three cars (one in garage).  Unlimited broadband and Wifi is provided.  Treloyhan Lodge has a no smoking policy for all internal rooms and unfortunately dogs cannot be accepted.

Treloyhan Lodge is available for holiday rental on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday throughout the year.

Accommodation in Treloyhan Lodge is spread over three floors.

The lower ground floor is on the same level as the pool - a door leads directly out of the house onto the poolside from a tiled pool room (approx 3.5m x 2.5m) and ensuite shower room. The pool room contains easy chairs, 32" wall mounted flat screen TV and 3 foot wide bunk beds.

A connecting door leads to a double bedroom (approx 3.7m x 5m) with 5ft wide bed with another ensuite shower room and another large flat screen TV. A short corridor on this level leads to a large utility room and stairs to the upper ground floor.

Here the sitting room (approx 6m x 6m) leads out onto a veranda with far reaching sea views of St Ives Bay via double patio doors. A dining room and kitchen are located on this floor.

Stairs lead to an upper floor with a double bedroom (approx 3.2m x 4.2m) with a 5 foot bed, a twin room (approx 3m x 2.5m) containing 3 foot wide twin beds and a bathroom.

A footpath runs down the side of Treloyhan Lodge to Hain Walk, part of the South West Coast Path. It is just a few minutes walk from Treloyhan Lodge to Porthminster Beach along a quiet footpath.

Bookings are available for weeks beginning on Saturdays. To allow adequate time for cleaning guests cannot arrive until 3pm on the day of arrival and must leave by 10 am on the day of departure.

A non returnable deposit of £300 should be made by bank transfer to book. The balance is payable in full 8 weeks before the start of the holiday unless the holiday starts within 8 weeks in which case full payment is required at the time of booking.

In addition a deposit of £150 is required with the holiday payment which will be returned within 14 days of the end of the holiday after deductions for any lost keys or damage.
