3 Wesley Place is situated two minutes walk from St. Ives High Street and is within easy strolling distance of the renowned beaches and art galleries. This recently renovated cottage has been comfortably furnished and well equipped to a very high standard. It also has the benefit of a small, decked rear courtyard.

Accommodation Details

The accommodation has Central Heating and is arranged over two floors. Ground Floor: Entrance from hallway into Kitchen/Dining Room with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Pine table with seating for six people. French doors leading to small decked courtyard with bench. Door to bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, toilet and washing machine. Lounge area with leather sofas, flat screen LCD television with Freeview, DVD and CD/Hi-fi. Staircase from Dining Room to: -

First Floor: Main Bedroom with metal framed king-size bed with luxury pocket sprung mattress and sea views across the roof tops. Second bedroom with 4'6'' pine double bed with luxury pocket sprung mattress. Childrens' room with 2'6'' x 6' bunk beds (unsuitable for adults).

Sleeps 4 Adults plus 2 Children.
Duvets and Bedlinen provided.
Damage Deposit - £100.
Friday Changeover.
No Smoking.
One dog will be considered.
Please note No Towels provided.
Easy access to load and unload but no parking offered. Nearest public car park 5 minute walk.

Price Guide and Availability

Changeover days are on Fridays except for the Christmas & New Year weeks.
Short Breaks are available from £240 for a minimum of 3 nights between October & April inclusive.
