Beach House is a detached house, commanding spectacular uninterrupted views directly over Porthmeor surfing beach. The property offers spacious stylish accommodation, and has been refurbished to a very high specification. Beach House has been designed to be a luxurious family home and is offered for rental for the first time ever during 2005. |

The house is situated in one of St Ives most desirable locations; only a stones throw from Porthmeor Beach and few hundred yards from beautiful costal walks. All shops, restaurants and the Tate Gallery are a short walk from the property. Beach House can accommodate up to eight guests. |

Accommodation Beach House features three bedrooms on the ground floor, living, kitchen & dining on the first floor and a unique lounge/bedroom on the second floor. There is under floor heating throughout and maple flooring in the main living and dining areas. The main living area is situated on the first floor to take advantage of the spectacular, uninterrupted views of Porthmeor Beach and the adjacent coastline. |

On the first floor There is a very spacious open plan area with comfortable seating, a stylish wood burning fire, wide screen Television and DVD/Video player. A small library of DVD’s and Video’s are provided but please feel free to bring your own favourite titles. Just off of the living area is a children’s play room, with large built in blackboard, play kitchen and a small selection of toys, games and puzzles. Patio doors from the living area lead onto a balcony with eating area. |

Dining Room Dining takes place at the large granite table positioned in a bay window to enjoy views of the sea with every meal. |

The kitchen The Kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, 5 ring gas hob and dishwasher by Fisher & Paykel, two fridges, a freezer, microwave and features granite worktops throughout, the view’s from the kitchen window are superb. |

On the ground floor Overlooking the sea the Master Bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, has a TV/DVD player, built in wardrobes, hairdryer. The second bedroom is a spacious twin bedded room (the beds can be zipped together to make a double if preferred) this room has patio doors leading onto a patio. The room has freestanding wardrobes, a TV/DVD player. Bedroom three has a feature ceiling and has bunk beds; this room too has patio doors leading onto a patio. It has a TV/DVD player and built in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom is at second floor level. This room has a sofa as well as twin beds (they can be zipped together to make a double), it also features a balcony overlooking porthmeor Beach. |

Quality bed linen, duvets, pillows and fluffy towels are provided ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay! There is a family bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, and hand basin and heated towel rail. |

Beach House has an interesting tiered rear garden, the lower level is tiled and is perfect for relaxing in the sun, the middle level features a bar-b-cue and is ideal for al fresco dining, the top level is lawned and offers some shade for those who like it a bit cooler. Beach House offers two parking spaces at the front of the property. |

Location The famous Cornish resort of St Ives is loved by tens of thousands of visitors for its superb sandy beaches, its narrow bustling cobbled streets and courtyards, its glittering turquoise sea and clear air and for its friendly hospitable people. This Mediterranean-style resort has achieved all-year-round popularity due to its warmer climate, the world famous Tate gallery, the Barbara Hepworth museum and some of the finest restaurants to be found in the South West. |

Locally, you can enjoy the newly completed gym and indoor swimming pool, or perhaps the coastal path to Zennor. Bird watching can be found at the nearby protected Hayle Estuary, or further afield you can experience the Eden project, the Minack theatre, St Michael’s Mount or even a helicopter ride over to the Isles of Scilly. Directions Beach Road is located to the northern edge of St Ives on the one way system - there is ample off-road parking to the front of the property. |
