St Ives is widely regarded the jewel in the crown of the so-called ‘Cornish Riviera’. It boasts four beautiful sandy beaches which envelope the old town centre or ‘Downalong’. Porthmeor Beach is popular with surfers, has its own surf school and is ideal for families with small children who enjoy exploring the many rock pools. Still a traditional fishing port, the harbour is awash with small fishing boats that add an abundance of colour to the natural scenery.
Porthmeor Heights is a fantastically spacious and extremely bright maisonette with open plan lounge/kitchen diner. It is situated above Porthmeor Beach on an elevated position, just 5 minutes’ walk from beach, Tate Gallery and town centre. There is parking outside the property in a private car park for one vehicle.

The modern interior has recently been completely refurbished and features attractive contemporary artworks from local artists, a vast range of books and a good range of DVDs. There is a reading corner with broadband connection for those who need to stay connected. The outside has a small veranda with an outside table and chairs.

Porthmeor Heights is available for the 2013 holiday season, Easter breaks and for half-term weeks.
Price per week from £550 to £900.
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
Please note: towels are not provided except for tea towels. Bedlinen is extra at £10/double set.
All other utilities are included in the price.
Payment: We accept Bank Transfers and Cheques.
