Tamarama is a lovely family friendly home, complete with fully equipped playroom, centrally located in Carbis Bay in a quiet residential location, just a 10 minute walk (2 minute car journey) from the beautiful Carbis Bay beach. The property, which is on one level, sleeps up to 5 people in three bedrooms with a shower room and family bathroom. The garden is completely enclosed and has a trampoline and play house to keep younger guests entertained! St Ives (approx 1.5 miles away) can be reached on foot in 25 minutes via a stunning panoramic coastal path, alternatively it’s a 5-10 minute car drive away.

Lounge:
A door leads from the entrance hall to the lounge which has a leather 3 seater sofa, 2 leather arm chairs, large flatscreen Plasma TV with DVD player and built in Freeview.

Conservatory/Play Room:
Adjoining conservatory room fully equipped as a children’s playroom with sofa, TV/DVD player and lots of toys suitable for younger children.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a king size bed with french doors leading to the rear decked area with steps down to the sunny aspect garden.

Single Room:
The ‘pink room’ is perfect for a princess of any age! It contains a 3ft single bed, free standing mirror, plenty of storage with fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. Black out blinds are fitted to both the surfboard and pink rooms to make the most out of those holiday lie ins!

Twin Bedroom:
The ‘surfboard room’ provides that holiday feeling! It has two 3ft single beds which can be positioned apart, side by side or one underneath the other if only one bed is required.Large built in wardrobes will provide you with ample room to store your wetsuit and clothes!

Shower Room:
Perfect for when you have come off the beach! Walk in shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.

Family Bathroom:
Pleasant family bathroom contains; wide ended bath with fitted shower screens and shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Tamarama is centrally and conveniently positioned in Carbis Bay in a quiet family location. Also within walking distance (5 minutes) is a lovely play park, post office and village shop with Tesco’s being a 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. The picture postcard town of St.Ives can be reached via; a beautiful panoramic coastal path on foot in 25 minutes, on the stunning St.Erth to St Ives train line (which stops at Carbis Bay), bus with stops conveniently located 5 minutes walk away or car which is an approximate 5-10 minute drive to the town centre.
