Guests are assured of a warm, friendly welcome at our family run B&B which is ideally situated within St Ives town in West Cornwall and is only 200 metres from Porthmeor Beach, the South West Coast Path and the Tate Gallery. The town with its restaurants and shops is only 400 metres away.  Our accommodation is AA 4 Star rated and we have also been awarded the AA Breakfast Award for the quality and choice within our breakfast service.  We offer FREE ON-SITE CAR PARKING which is invaluable within St Ives in the summer months.   We are open from Easter to the end of September each year.

ROOM ONE:
This is our premier room.
It encompasses the whole top floor of the house and has great dual aspect sea views. Enjoy the luxury of the softest Egyptian Cotton sheets, or relax in the real leather tub chairs with a complimentary hot drink and biscuits from the hot drinks tray. This room is fully en-suite with a spacious shower/wc with fluffy Supima cotton towels and an oversized shower for your comfort. The furniture is craftsman made solid English oak. The Kingsize bed is topped with a handtufted pocket sprung mattress to ensure a good nights sleep. Also, there is a 19" digital freeview TV, built-in wardrobe with luggage storage and an alarm clock radio and hairdryer provided.

ROOM TWO:
This beautiful room is a large light and airy South facing fully en-suite bedroom. There is a kingsize bed topped with a pocket sprung mattress and luxury bedding and a spacious seating area with two large leather tub chairs for you to relax in. There are views from the front window towards Ayr Field and St Ives Bay. The modern en-suite shower room is spacious and well equipped with Supima cotton towels and complimentary toiletries provided . There is a LCD freeview tv with DVD player, a hot drinks tray and hairdryer in the room.  All the furniture is solid oak and the large dressing table has a mirror with lighting above.

ROOM THREE:
This is a stylish, ever popular double, fully en-suite room. It has modern en-suite shower/wc with fluffy Supima cotton towels and complimentary toiletries provided.There is a dressing table with over mirror lighting, a swivel tub chair, a hot drinks tray, hairdryer and LCD digital freeview tv.  There are good views to the sea across the rear gardens of the terrace.

Room 1 ...  FROM £90-£95 PER NIGHT (Note: this room is on the second floor).

Room 2 ...  FROM £85-£90 PER NIGHT (Note: this room is on the first floor).

Room 3 ... FROM £80-£84 PER NIGHT (Note: this room is on the first floor).

All prices are PER ROOM, PER NIGHT and Based on 2 Adults sharing the room on a Bed and Breakfast basis.  We do not accept children or additional guests in the rooms.

Bank Holidays are charged at a higher rate.  Single night supplement of £5 per room may apply.

ON SITE CAR PARKING IS FREE (not suitable for motor homes and very large vehicles).

INFORMATION FOR ALLERGY SUFFERERS - WE HAVE NO CATS, DOGS OR BIRDS IN OUR HOME.

The on-site car parking is free with one average sized car space allocated per room which allows all day access to all our guests. The parking spaces are not suitable for motor homes, etc.

Note: All our rooms are on the first and second floor and we do not have a lift. We do not therefore recommend Wheal-E-Mine to those who may have access difficulties.
