Beachshacks properties are built on a large outcrop of blue elvin rock, with fabulous uninterrupted seaviews from every floor. They are located in the Warren, a conservation area of St Ives, next to Porthminister beach and restaurant. Conveniently positioned for all the towns amenities, whilst still providing a relaxing and tranquil retreat. Both properties now have free wifi access. They cater for parties of 2 to 10 people and have the same enviable location. Next to Porthminster beach and St Ives harbour.
Porthminster beach is blue flag and has one of the most famous St Ives restaurants - the Porthminster beach Cafe, there is also a beach shop a lifeguard station and another outside cafe and takeaway. The beach has beautiful light sand and is perfect for all ages.
St Ives harbour is jam packed full with a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries and many individual shops "not found on the high st" St Ives is also home to the Tate gallery, Barbara Hepworth Museum and Leach potteries. Situated on the seaward side of the Warren in a conservation area of St Ives, this stylish cottage retains many of its period features. The 3 large picture windows on each of the 3 floors frame a spectacular outlook from St Ives harbour to Godrevy lighthouse.
Relax on the window seat and watch the world go by, boats moving in and out of the harbour, the lifeboat launch and various wildlife including seals, dolphins and cormorants.

The cottage is in a central location being next to the beautiful Porthminster beach and restaurant and St Ives harbour, the towns hub for restaurants, cafes, galleries, shops and pubs.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms, a king, double and 3rd bedroom with flexible zip-link beds which can either be made up as a king or 2 singles. An extra single bed and cot is available on request. The living room also has a fully sprung king size sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is situated next to Porthminster beach, St Ives with wide uninterrupted seaviews. A fabulous spot for watching the changing scenery, whatever the weather. In winter, snuggle inside on the comfy window seat to watch the waves crashing over the rocks. On a fine day, sit out on the balcony, and at high tide watch the sea rolling in beneath.
Men an Mor Apartment is set over 2 floors with a large spiral staircase between. There is a lovely open plan, living, dining area with outstanding frontline seaviews through patio doors and a large double glazed window. The apartment is built on the rocks and the sea rolls in below the balcony, there is a bedroom with pocket sprung double bed and sea view, also a pocket sprung double sofa bed in the lounge. There are 2 bathrooms - one has a large shower area with Mira electric shower and wardrobe/dressing area. The other has a bath with Mira electric shower over and porthole view out to sea. There is a seperate kitchen again with porthole view out to sea.
The apartment used to be an artists studio - we have updated it sympathetically, retaining the original features. It is situated next to the beautiful Porthminster beach, St Ives harbour - the centre of town and all it's wonderful amenities.
