Penhallow is a charming one bedroom ground floor flat situated at 23 Bedford Road, St Ives. Just moments from St Ives town centre (approx 100 metres) yet set back in a quiet road, you have the fantastic restaurants, local pubs and shops on your doorstep, while still being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the seaside town. The famous Porthmeor beach is only ten minutes walk away with the stunning Tate Gallery overlooking the sand.

Penhallow has just undergone complete refurbishment and has been decorated to a high standard. The flat comprises of a large lounge/diner which also has two single futons and freeview TV - this opens into a well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. From the hall, you reach the double bedroom which in turn leads into the bathroom which has a shower over the 'P' shaped bath.
Penhallow also has its own private courtyard, which is accessed from the bedroom, and has built in seating (smoking area) and also a washing line and cold tap, handy for rinsing wet suits and body boards etc!

Additional Information
There is gas central heating throughout the property and linen is supplied, however you will need to bring your own towels.
Penhallow is a no smoking property and unfortunately we don’t accept pets. Penhallow also has no allocated parking. However there is a short stay car park at the top of Bedford Road alternatively you can purchase a rover ticket from Cornwall County Council which allows you to use a lot of different long stay car parks across the county. This is available for cars only and these tickets can only be purchased from the parking permit team on 0300 1234 222 . A weekly rover ticket costs around £30.00 and can be used at the following car parks.
There are also four steps from the pavement up to the front door and you are able to stop outside the property to unload your car.

Prices and Availability 2013
Penhallow is now available for bookings for the 2013 season. Please see the table below for dates and prices. Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival with check out at 10am the following Saturday. We are currently only taking bookings by the week, however please feel free to contact me if your requirements are slightly different.
To book the cottage a deposit of 1/3 is required, with the remainder to be paid six weeks before arrival.
Payments can be made by either personal cheque, bank transfer or paypal.
