A light and airy first floor apartment, approached by its own external staircase, right in the centre of the well known seaside resort of St. Ives. The Apartment has its own courtyard plants and patio furniture. Only 5 minutes from the harbour and the beaches, where there is windsurfing, jet ski-ing, surfing and sailing.

There is an excellent range of shops, 'pubs' and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. In St. Ives itself, there is the Tate Gallery, the Barbara Hepworth Museum and the Leach Pottery to visit whilst further afield there is the Paradise Bird Park and Otter Sanctuary at Hayle, The Poldark Mine near Helston and the famous tourist attractions Land's End and St. Michael's Mount.

The Apartment has a large Lounge with T.V and video and dining area. A well equipped kitchen with Fridge/freezer, electric oven dish-washer and microwave. There are two double-bedded rooms en suite and a sofa-bed in the lounge. The accommodation is suitable for 2 to 6 persons and the two tier tariff allows a discount for smaller parties or couples throughout the year.

From the A 30 follow the signs to St. Ives and drive down into the town centre. As you come into the shopping area, turn first left at the crossroads by the National Westminster Bank and you come into Gabriel Street. On the right hand side, on the corner of Royal Square, is Hair Naturale Salon. The Apartment is above and the entrance is approached from the side, facing Royal Square.
