This stunning barn conversion with oak frame and oak floors throughout has a low carbon footprint with ground source underfloor heating and solar panels which heat the water.
A bespoke kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, retro freestanding fridge and large pine table will comfortably seat 6/8 people.There is a separate utility room with a freezer, washing machine, microwave and downstairs cloakroom with wc and washbasin. The open plan lounge has a multi-fuel woodburner, large LCD TV and DVD and ipod dock/radio. There are 2 large comfortable sofas to relax and unwind or you could roll back the large bi-fold doors and enjoy al-fresco living. From the kitchen-area a door opens to the enclosed rear garden where a play fortress will delight children.
Upstairs there is a luxurious bathroom with bath, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail and separate shower. There are three comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King zip and link (which can be made up as a king or 2 singles). Bedroom 2: King. Bedroom 3: Twin beds. All made up with quality bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
Plenty of parking, picnic bench and barbecue.
Travel cot and highchair provided.
