No more than a few minutes' walk to five sandy beaches, shops, cinema and a host of impressive restaurants. The station is only five minutes' walk away where one can take the little coastal train to Carbis Bay or Lelant and walk or ride back or venture further to Truro or Penzance.
Convenient parking space outside house gives peace of mind if one needs to take the car out . Parking and wifi all inclusive.
Large garden with patio. Great for entertaining and for catching the last of the day’s sun with a sundowner and boasting some of the best views in town. Various garden furniture -tables, chairs, loungers; and swing hammock where one can sit and look out to Godrevy Lighthouse.
The Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum and numerous other galleries are also only a few minutes’ walk away.
