Next roundabout continue A30 towards Penzance, ¼ miles on left St Erth Railway Station, turn left here.

Continue on country lane for 1 mile, junction turn right, continue further mile then first left into long lane.

Continue for 1¼ mile until you reach small cross roads, Penberthy sign posted on the left at this crossroad's.

Go down tarmac lane for ½ mile until the very end, driveway continues into gravel courtyard.
