From the scenic Camel Estuary at Padstow to picturesque Boscastle, the spectacular coastline beckons where quiet coves, rugged inlets and a wonderful choice of beaches hold irresistible appeal. Lakeview Lodge is ideally located for exploring the whole of Cornwall being only 10 minutes drive from Newquay airport who now fly to and from most UK airports. |

| Lakeview Lodge is designed to create a superbly spacious and relaxing atmosphere – great to come home to after a hard days sightseeing or a lazy day at the beach! The lodge is beautifully presented and well equipped, as well as providing the perfect escape for families seeking a high degree of comfort with stunning countryside views. | |
| On the ground floor is a hallway leading to an open plan fully equipped kitchen / dining area / lounge which includes washing machine, dishwasher, separate fridge & freezer plus TV, Freeview Box, DVD & Video player. The immaculate interior of this huge room boasts a charming French oak wooden floor. Patio doors take you outside onto a large decked area with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue leading to a large garden & private parking area. There is an unfenced pond on communal grounds at the edge of the garden (young children must be supervised). Bedrooms 2 (king size bed) & 4 (bunk beds with single bed top and double bed bottom) are also situated on the ground floor and share a large bathroom which has a separate bath and double shower with spray and body jets. | |
| Upstairs there is another living/entertainment room with TV, Freeview box, DVD, Video player & Hifi again with stunning countryside views from either the huge windows or from the balcony. | |
| Bedrooms 1 (double bed) & 3 (bunk beds with single bed top and double bed bottom) are situated on this level as well as a 2nd bathroom with bath with electric shower over. This fantastic property also has gas central heating and constant hot water. | |

| Lakeview Lodge is just 2 miles from the unspoilt historical town of St. Columb Major, Padstow 7 miles, Newquay 8 miles and Wadebridge 8 miles. Nearby to the Retallack development is the Wild West Park, Retallack Waters freshwater fishing lakes, Westworld Racing and Cornish Birds of Prey Centre. Other leisure attractions in the area include golfing at the championship golf course of Trevose Head, horse-riding, the Eden Project, Tintagel Castle, Port Isaac, Mevagissey, both Crealys & Flambards adventure parks, St Ives Tate Gallery, Falmouth Maritime Museum and the restaurants of Rick Stein & Jamie Oliver – to name just a few! |
