Your accommodation is attractively set within the manor’s landscaped grounds, tastefully decorated, with large open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and fully-tiled shower room with WC. The lounge has two double sofa beds and colour TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave, etc. It has full double glazing and central heating throughout. It is quietly situated on the edge of the grounds, with views through trees and across open fields.

Whilst your villa is privately-owned, it is serviced by on-site staff and enjoys the use of all the facilities.

A new leisure complex has been constructed within the last year. It includes a second indoor pool, etc., fitness centre/gym and a bar/restaurant. The fitness centre/gym is open, although the other facilities will not be decorated/completed until Spring 2006.

The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
