The Village has been created in a lovely wooded valley very close to Trevaunance Cove with its sheltered sandy beaches. Types and sizes of self catering holiday chalets have been carefully sited in picturesque terraced gardens to give a quiet, peaceful holiday. The chalets are built either of local stone or timber and overlooking spacious lawns and numerous coloured shrubs. The village is situated fifteen minutes (walk) away from St Agnes with its fine old church and quaint old cottages and streets. |

If you are looking for a holiday with disco music, arcade games or bingo then Little Orchard is not for you. But if you want to fall asleep to the sound of the resident owl, and awakened by the dawn chorus then the village must definitely be your choice. |

| Accommodation |
| Our chalets are fully furnished for holiday residence. They are all electric ( £1 coin meters ) with refrigerator, cooker, fire and colour television. The kitchens are equipped with ample cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Comfortable double beds and bunks with blankets and pillows. All have their own toilets, hot water and hand basin facilities; most have their own showers. There are free external hot showers available at all times for chalets without their own. |

SIX BERTH CHALETS - 6 persons These chalets comprise one double bedded bedroom and one bedroom with two single bunk/beds, a double put-u-up settee is available in the lounge. | Location |

Follow the A30, the main trunk road through Cornwall, towards Redruth. Just before reaching Redruth look for the B3277 off the Chiverton Cross roundabout. The B3277 is clearly marked St Agnes. Follow the B3277 for about 3 miles. As you enter St Agnes you will encounter a mini roundabout, take the right hand exit towards the centre of St Agnes. After a little while the road then turns into a one way street, continue until you see St Agnes Hotel in front of you, after passing the Hotel take the first left into Trevaunance road. Rocky Lane is the second turning on the right and is marked as Little Orchard Village and the Beach. Your Holiday home is just a little way down Rocky Lane on the left. |
