beautiful 29 acre Maenporth Estate on the South Cornwall coast near
Falmouth. The Estate's hilltop position affords breathtaking views
of Falmouth Bay and the sandy beach lies directly below at the end
of the Estate's drive. |

| We have a holiday cottage and an apartment to let
on the estate; the Crags, which sleeps 4 and Keeper's Barn, which
sleeps 6. |

| Bed linen is provided in both properties (all beds
with duvets). Electricity and heating included. Towels not provided.

| The Crags is a two bedroom apartment with
access at ground floor level, but, because of the sloping land,
the spectacular sea and countryside views are from balconies
at first floor level. |

| The sitting/dining room is open plan with
doors to balcony with sea and countryside views. Two 2 seater
sofas; television and video player. |
|
| The kitchen area has a cherry fitted kitchen;
electric fan oven with hob; microwave oven; dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
A separate cupboard in the hallway houses a combined washing
machine / dryer. |

| There is a double bedroom with en suite WC
and washbasin. The second bedroom has full sized bunks. Both
bedrooms have doors to balcony with stunning sea views. |

| Keeper's Barn |
|
| Keepers Barn is a three bedroom semi-detached
house in a generally secluded situation but convenient for the
Leisure Centre. The terrace area to the front of the property
is a lovely sun trap in the morning, while the rear patio catches
the sun from lunchtime onwards. |

| Italian limed oak kitchen with ceramic tiled

front. One has twin beds, while the other has full size bunk

| Adjoining the estate is the Cove Bar and
Grill with other excellent restaurants in Falmouth and Mawnan
Smith (2 miles). |
